Cancellations or order changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will likely be in processing and we can’t guarantee changes.

If your order is successfully canceled within that window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@easeze.com with clear photos of the damage.

  • We’ll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost.

❗ Please note: Cosmetic packaging damage (like a dented box) does not count as a damaged product. We also don’t replace or refund products damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship your order quickly and safely, but once it leaves our hands, some factors are beyond our control—such as courier delays, customs holdups, or other issues in transit.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the courier first for updates.

  • Unfortunately, Easeze can’t be responsible for shipping issues that occur after dispatch.
