Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Your order is considered “dispatched” once it’s handed to the carrier and is officially on its way.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on where you live and the carrier handling your package. Typical timeframes:

📦 USA: 5–10 business days
📦 Canada: 7–12 business days
📦 UK: 6–12 business days
📦 Australia: 7–12 business days
📦 Worldwide: 10–20 business days

(Customs clearance may add extra time in some regions.)


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Please double-check your address at checkout! Incomplete or inaccurate details may delay your order.

  • If you notice a mistake, email us at hello@easeze.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processing, and changes aren’t guaranteed.

If our system detects an address issue, we’ll email you to confirm within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel the order.


Delayed Delivery

We know you want your order fast, and we do everything we can to make that happen. However, delays can happen due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Address verification issues

If there’s a delay, we’ll do our best to keep you updated. Easeze is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, but we’ll always assist you in resolving any issues.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package goes missing or is stolen:

  • We’ll work with the courier and provide guidance on how to file a claim.
